$99 | Inspection: We’ll inspect the interior, exterior, crawlspace, attic, etc. If you like our game plan we’ll waive the inspection fee and begin service.
FREE | Prepaid follow up: Please book only if you’ve already purchased a rodent plan. Checking traps, sealing holes, etc.
Ants
If you’ve got small black ants we’re ready to help! Note that we do not treat for carpenter ants.
$199 | One time treatment: For a one time treatment. $75 for a follow up if needed within 45 days of the first treatment. Green products may include a perimeter spray, baits, and dust.
$149 | Quarterly Service: Includes free follow ups between regular service. Interior and exterior treatment. Green products may include a perimeter spray, baits, and dust. Discounted for Quarterly Service Plan customers.
Wasps, hornets and bees
$199 | One time treatment: Includes a 45 day guarantee. Treatment and/or removal of wasps, hornets, and some types of bees.
Spiders
$199 | One time treatment: For a one time treatment. $75 for a follow up if needed within 45 days of the first treatment. A green exterior perimeter spray with interior spot treatments as needed. Dewebbing of exterior.

Animals
We recommend contacting a wildlife trapping company for squirrels, raccoons, or opossums.
$199 | Bird exclusion: Removing nesting material and closing off entry holes. NOTE: We cannot legally disturb certain species or nests with babies.
$199 | Dead animal removal: Removal of a carcass from an accessible area. We cannot remove carcasses from inside walls or in certain crawl spaces but can provide deodorizing products.
$495 | Moles: Trapping and removal of moles. Generally includes 3 visits over 3-8 weeks depending on activity levels.

Please note that we do not service for termites.
$99 | Unknown pest inspection: We’ll identify the pest and treat at the appointment if possible. The inspection fee is waived if we complete a treatment during this visit.
$329 | Fleas: A series of 3 treatments. Green products may include spray and dust.
